DEVELOPMENT OF EXPORT MARKETS

UAB "Plamega" is implementing a project aimed at increasing the company's competitiveness and internationalization. After implementing the project, it is planned to increase revenue from exports by more than 10% each year.

The total value of the project is EUR 182,439.00, of which EUR 91,219.50 was allocated from the European Regional Development Fund.

The project started on November 14, 2023 and will be implemented by October 31, 2026.

Complex automation and robotization of the production technological process

UAB "Plamega" is implementing the project "Complex automation and robotization of the production technological process". The project is being implemented under the measure "Industry Digitalization LT", partly financed by the European Regional Development Fund. Up to EUR 405,232.00 has been allocated for the implementation of the project to finance eligible costs. The total value of the project is EUR 1,156,520.00. The project was launched on November 10, 2020 and will be implemented by September 30, 2023.

During the implementation of the project, a plastic injection molding machine with accessories and laser pipe processing equipment will be purchased. The installed collaborative robots and software will automate and optimize technological processes by combining existing and purchased equipment.

The implementation of the project will create conditions for the continuous improvement of the company's performance results, increasing productivity, which is a necessary condition for sustainable and long-term development and expansion of the company, which will create direct benefits for the company for many years after the project's implementation. The installed modern equipment will allow the company to produce products more efficiently, with lower costs, and thus increase its competitiveness in both the local and international markets.

UAB Plamega participation in international exhibitions

UAB Plamega – a company providing metal and plastic product manufacturing services and technical solutions, as an industrial subcontractor capable of fulfilling both small and large-scale orders, exporting most of its production, is implementing the project “UAB Plamega participation in international exhibitions”, project No. 03.2.1-LVPA-K-801-05-0065. The project is being implemented under the measure “New Opportunities LT”, partly financed by the European Union Structural Funds. Up to 41,992 EUR of funding has been allocated for the implementation of the project to cover eligible costs. During the implementation of the project, the company will participate in the most important industry exhibitions in target export markets, where productive business contacts will be established with customers and business partners of the company’s products. Participation in project exhibitions is a comprehensive opportunity to get acquainted with innovations in target markets, applying them in the company's activities, to present your brand and manufactured products to exhibition participants and visitors, and to strengthen the image of your products in existing and target export countries; to get acquainted with the products offered by your competitors, to assess their competitive advantage. All international exhibitions in which you plan to participate are major events for subcontracting solutions in the metalworking sector, new materials and equipment, and a full range of other current events for the engineering industry.

After the implementation of the project, the company's increased competitiveness and export volumes will increase the company's productivity and profitability, which is a necessary condition for sustainable and long-term development and expansion of the company, which will create direct benefits for the company for many years after the implementation of the project, long-term awareness of the company and added value of the company will be formed, and the increased export volumes of the company will allow the company to develop technological renewal of the company, create high-quality products and services.
